THE DEEP FREEZING OF FISH IS CURRENTLY THE MAIN RESOURCE FOR THE CONSERVATION OF THE SAME

Fishing has been a source of resources since time immemorial.

Initially its consumption was fresh, but with the time various techniques were introduced to improve its conservation, such as smoking, drying and salting. Currently, in addition to these techniques, cold is used seeking the deep freezing of the product and at Tefrigo Refrigeración we apply the most modern technology in all the processes we offer to achieve the best quality.
